Hi and welcome to Trillium Living!

I’m Shannon and I look forward to sharing my love of my gardening!

As a horticulturist, I love plants and being outdoors, but my passion is making gardening easy to understand so that everyone can have a beautiful, successful garden.

I’ve loved gardening ever since I was a little girl.

Some of my best memories were working in the garden with my parents.

In fact, I love gardening so much, I made it my career choice!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from Cornell University.

My husband Jimmy, always the jokester, thinks it’s no coincidence that I went to an “Ivy” League School!

I’ve learned so much over the years about every aspect of gardening and made more than my share of mistakes.

My goal is to help you avoid these but to also show you how much fun and satisfying gardening can be!
